Part-Time Independent Reps Wanted - Nationwide

We are looking for talented part-time sales representatives who thrives in a one-call sales cycle environment.  No customer followup required. Almost all of your sales will be generated by making presentations to groups (up to 30+ people at a time).

 

Part-Time:

Work from home with some local travel. Make one or two presentations a week. Each presentation with travel time is less than a half day.   This is a flexible part-time position (work only required on Tuesdays and/or Wednesdays).

 

You must be comfortable setting up your own appointments (cold calling) and presenting in front of groups.  We have created a proven sales presentation that converts to sales on average 40% of the time. 

 

Responsibilities include:

 

• Generate a list of local real estate offices

• Research accounts, identify the office manager/broker and generate interest (cold call)

• Perform effective sales presentations and product overview to prospect groups

• Take orders after your presentation

Requirements:

• Willingness to study a proven sales presentation

• Sales experience or public speaking experience

• Good organizational skills

• Self-motivation

• Excellent verbal communications skills

• Need to supply your own transportation
