Check the following.
You are using the correct email address, often people find they are using the wrong email address.
Make sure your have filled out the form that was embedded in your welcome letter. If you never completed and submitted the form, we can not set up the app. Since the app is not set up, you can not sign in.
It could be your account has expired, if you think your account is expired contact us to renew it.
The basic rule is this can not be done. However there are some things you can do.
1. You can take a screenshot of a review on any site and post it on your Facebook page. The review will not count towards your Facebook reviews, but it will enable anyone visiting your Facebook page to see the review.
2. You can ask the customer to give you a review on another site. To make this easy for them we recommend copying the review and sending it to them with a request for an additional review. Explain they can copy the orginal review into a new site, but they have to do it, you cannot do it for them.
