Your username is your email address you provided when you signed up for the service. Your password is the first few letters of your last name.

Check the following. You are using the correct email address, often people find they are using the wrong email address. Make sure your have filled out the form that was embedded in your welcome letter. If you never completed and submitted the form, we can not set up the app. Since the app is not set up, you can not sign in. It could be your account has expired, if you think your account is expired contact us to renew it.

Most of the review website will send you an email notification of a review being left. In most cases they will send you a copy of the review as well as a link to reply to the reviewer.

Most reviews are not posted instantly. Depending on the review site the lag time to post the review will be different. We have found that Facebook and Google post faster then the others. Zillow is the slowest to post because they have some that reads and approves every review prior to being posted.

Since all review requests are sent via your email system, just check the sent email file. If you use tracking software you can tell weither they opened it or not.

The basic rule is this can not be done. However there are some things you can do. 1. You can take a screenshot of a review on any site and post it on your Facebook page. The review will not count towards your Facebook reviews, but it will enable anyone visiting your Facebook page to see the review. 2. You can ask the customer to give you a review on another site. To make this easy for them we recommend copying the review and sending it to them with a request for an additional review. Explain they can copy the orginal review into a new site, but they have to do it, you cannot do it for them.
